How much is shipping within Australia?
Standard Shipping (2+ Days*) = $10
Express Shipping (Next Day Delivery**) = $20
* Our Standard shipping delivers in 2 or more days. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping address/ location. You can use the tracking provided to see your estimate delivery date.
** For next day delivery orders must be placed by 2 pm EST. If your delivery address is outside of metro areas please allow 2 business days,
How much is international shipping?
Please note all costs are in $AUD
Standard Shipping (3-4 business days) = $20
Express Shipping (5-7 business days) = $35
All orders are sent with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to see the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately due to high shipping costs we are unable to offer FREE SHIPPING on any international orders.
Return Rules
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
If you return an item within 30 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by the way of the original payment method.
If you return an item within 31 and 45 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we’ll give you an olve. gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
We aim to refund you within 14 days or receiving the returned item.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
