Refund Policy

We get it, sometimes things just don’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we’re happy to offer free returns on full-priced items purchased online or in an olve. stockist store, subject to the return rules below, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method.

Return Rules
  • All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • If you return an item within 30 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by the way of the original payment method.

  • If you return an item within 31 and 45 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we’ll give you an olve. gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.

  • We aim to refund you within 14 days or receiving the returned item.

  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

  • All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Yes you can! But please contact us ASAP at hello@olve.com.au so we can change this for you before your item/s are shipped.

What is your warranty policy?

Having an issue with one of your olve. bags? Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. All olve. products have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear.
