How do I look after my olve. shoppers?
Unlike other reusable shopping bags, you don’t need to wash me often. Your olve. bag will self disinfect and break down bacteria over a 0-4 hours period after each use. We recommend washing every 2-3 months if using on a weekly basis. In the meantime, the antimicrobial fibres will keep you and your food protected from nasty bacteria and will reduce the formation of odours.
What makes up an olve. bags?
Each olve. bag is made up of 2 main components. The first is ethically sourced recycled polyester and the second is our signature anti-microbial fibre.
Our recycled polyester is made from plastic that would’ve otherwise clog landfills, littered oceans and threaten wildlife. We have full traceability of all our fibres and we make our fabric right here at home in Australia. We do this so we can ensure you that we hold our partners accountable to the highest standard of ethical production.
Where are olve. products made?
We believe in ethical manufacturing and recycled materials. That’s why we produce our fabric here is Australia where we have full visibility of the manufacturing process.
Each bag is constructed by our trusted partners in Fiji. Our partners are committed and focused in every facet of their business with respect to its employees, the environment and their local communities. Since their establishment in 1981 they have been promoting eco-efficiency, cleaner technology, effective use of resources, economic equality, responsible products, recycling and ethical environmental practices.
We believe ethics in manufacturing goes beyond the production processes. For us it is also about providing our customers with a quality product that is constructed to last, protects the people and protects the planet.
How is olve. protection different to other antibacterial products on the market, you ask?
Unlike olve. protection the majority of antibacterial fabrics on the market have been treated with aftermarket coatings like silverplus® or SILVADUR™. Those these coatings are effective when first purchasing, their efficacy is reduced after each wash and no longer effective after a maximum of 50 washes, with the potential for leaching silver salts into the environment.
olve. protection incorporates safe, EPA-registered silver and copper salts from Kodak, a world leader in silver science and technologies. Microscopic particles of Kodak’s silver and copper are embedded within the fibers, making its antimicrobial properties intrinsic to the fabric, preventing leaching and providing coverage from top to bottom for the life of the product.
Has olve. protection been tested and scientifically proven in a laboratory?
YES! olve. protection fibre has been tested to measure it’s efficacy against a wide range of bacteria.
When will you process my order?
Once we receive your order, we’ll start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Standard Shipping (2+ Days*) = $10
Express Shipping (Next Day Delivery**) = $20
* Our Standard shipping delivers in 2 or more days. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping address/ location. You can use the tracking provided to see your estimate delivery date.
** For next day delivery orders must be placed by 2 pm EST. If your delivery address is outside of metro areas please allow 2 business days,
How much is international shipping?
Please note all costs are in $AUD
Standard Shipping (3-4 business days) = $20
Express Shipping (5-7 business days) = $35
All orders are sent with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to see the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately due to high shipping costs we are unable to offer FREE SHIPPING on any international orders.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes we can! If you live within Australia we will deliver your parcel to a PO Box.
International orders are shipped through DHL Express. Unfortunately DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Has your parcel been lost in the post?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company, either via their online tracking portal or via phone. When chatting to the shipping company make sure you have your tracking number available.

Do you accept returns?
We get it, sometimes things just don’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we’re happy to offer free returns on full-priced items purchased online or in an olve. stockist store, subject to the return rules below, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method.

What are your return rules?
- All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- If you return an item within 30 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by the way of the original payment method.
- If you return an item within 31 and 45 days of it being delivered to you, or available for collection, we’ll give you an olve. gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
- We aim to refund you within 14 days or receiving the returned item.
- If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
- All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Yes you can! But please contact us ASAP at email@example.com so we can change this for you before your item/s are shipped.
What is your warranty policy?
Having an issue with one of your olve. bags? Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. All olve. products have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear.
Manufacturing errors are rare, but if you receive a defective product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, including your order number, a brief description of the issue and an image of the fault.
